We helped my mother-in-law pre-plan her funeral several months before her death. I met with several mortuaries and presented the cost and options to my mother-in-law for her ultimate decision. When it came right down to it, PREMIER provided everything we wanted and had a much more reasonable cost than the other options I looked at. Jared made it a very easy process for our family and for her to pre-plan a lot of the details. We were so glad we had taken the time to do this prior to her death. Even though her death was expected, there were still a lot of things we hadn’t thought about, and so it was nice to have the majority of it out-of-the-way. All of the staff we worked with at Premiere were awesome. I highly recommend this company.

We buried my Grandmother and Aunt within 6 weeks of each other. While it should have been a stressful and difficult time navigating funeral services and making arrangements, Jared and his staff at Premier Funeral Services took the reins. They were clear about what would be available to us, what would be included in the price and what was needed from us to ensure the smoothest services. Needless to say, we were very happy with the services rendered to our family, especially to our loved ones.

Premier Funeral Service (Roy)

Premier did a wonderful job with our sister's funeral. She passed unexpectedly and much too young. Jared was respectful and empathetic. The costs were low, but the quality was high. Max and Heath were great and the services for our sweet sister were beautiful and perfect.

Amazing services and staff. I will be recommending this funeral service to anyone who has lost a loved one. The staff is very professional and goes out of the way to explain the services that they offer. I feel like they are very upfront, honest, and professional. The staff does a great job with communication and I feel like they give a personal touch to the family. I was very pleased with everyone in this company. The other major plus to this company was while I was comparing several funeral homes trying to find the best services and pricing, I was shocked when I saw how much money I would save by using Premier Funeral Services. I am very thankful I went with this company. They more than exceeded my expectations.

Words cannot describe what a wonderful experience my family and I have had working with Premier. The staff has an incredible way of making you feel comfortable and at peace with every step of the process. With everything that is done there is a reason for and explanation for it. I respect what the Funeral Director tells me and trust them completely. The cosmetics were beautifully done and looked flawless. There are many extra steps they took to insure my mother looked her best. I've noticed that Premier takes pride it what they do and you can truly tell it is something that they are passionate about. "I had worked with Premier Funeral in my profession over the last several years. I have seen that they responded quickly to the needs of the family, arriving promptly and then patiently waited until the family was ready. Premier Funeral provided the services for my 4-year year old special needs son. This was unexpected and was a time of shock and deep sorrow for our family. Premier recognized this. Jared came to our home to plan the arrangements. He educated us, prepared us, and then we did it our way. Jared and his staff communicated with us quickly. They cared for him with dignity and respect. Gage’s Birthday Memorial was a joyous day in which we celebrated a life well lived. Premier knew that we would still have many difficult days ahead. Shari came to my home to provide the aftercare grief support. When we had decided it was time to find a headstone, Jared once again came to our home. He patiently helped my sons and I design a memorial stone befitting for Gage. He sent me countless emails until we had it just right. Our family is forever grateful that the funeral services were affordable and we did not have the added financial burden, or the stresses of travel. Premier has the gift to take the most difficult of situations and help families turn it into to something beautiful."

Thank you Premier for taking such good care of our family. Just a few days before our mom passed away, she’d agreed to be taken care of by Premier. Original plans were made with another company in mind, but oh how happy we were to find a group of people who were not only efficient but also genuinely caring and mindful of our family’s needs and cultural diversity. Premier rendered the same services that were offered by the other company but for a more reasonable and affordable price.

This was a difficult funeral to perform from transporting the body from out of state, to receiving the custom oversized casket from yet another state. Then to maneuver the oversized casket thru doors and rooms was done so professionally and with such dignity. I have always recommended you highly, and once again, your service was excellent. My father and I contacted Premier Funeral Services after my mother died. We had an exceptional experience with Premier. Funeral director Marjorie Smith was very kind and compassionate. She helped us to get everything we needed during a high Covid-19 spike during which we were afraid to go out. For example, she personally picked up and delivered to us the death certificates when these were slow to be mailed, which helped us complete dealing with legal documents. She also personally delivered my mother's remains in a marble urn we had ordered and which was promptly sent. During such a difficult time for us, Marjorie was one of the most helpful people we have ever met.

“I want to write a note to describe how our family felt about the funeral arrangements made by Jared Fairbanks with Premier Funeral Services orchestrated for my father Melvin Hill Garner. My father’s death came earlier than we might have expected. We did not have a plot nor did we have a funeral home selected. Knowing Jared had taken care of some of my patients’ family’s funeral arrangements in the past I chose to call him the week prior to my father’s passing. If I had to go through this again the only aspect I would change would be to call Jared earlier for planning and scheduling. I cannot thank Jared enough for the way he cared for my mother through this seemingly complicated process and made this difficult time much easier for our family. I have been a physician for 15 years and thought that I could handle this by myself. I forgot that I was also a son, brother, uncle, and father. I soon became overwhelmed and turned most of the preparations and details over to Jared. Our family and friends have all complimented us on the professional, efficient, and personalized way that we chose to handle my father’s services.
