I love when we made him laugh and every time we came over his smile would light up the room i miss his soooooooooooooooooo much and when i was first born he looked like an angel

As my grandpa I thought he was amazing. He really was amazing he was a great example to his friends and family. my dad told me stories of him after his stroke and how he would sit down at the table with his glasses, a magnifying, glass, a ruler, and the scriptures and read them line by line. I loved him so much and of course I miss him but I also know that he is in a better place now.

As backyard neighbors, my family watched as Dale built his family home. We spent many summer mornings watching each other work in the gardens. It's always nice to know your friends had to do their chores too! As the years have past ,we still catch glimpses of family gatherings in the backyard. We know there will be more backyard gatherings.... hopefully, Dale will pick out a nice mansion in Heaven, where we can continue to be backyard neighbors. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.. we know families are forever.
The Nelsons hold a special place in my heart. They were our neighbors when we first moved to Orem and taught me so much about, well everything. Dale was serving in the Bishopric and he had a patient and loving approach to his church callings. We were new to home ownership and he helped us with home re-model projects, when I got in over my head. His craftsman skills were superior and he helped us build a play kitchen for our kids, again, rescued me when I was in over my head. Their life long example of love and service are an inspiration to Lori and I. As a young family starting out, we were impressed by the Nelson's large family and how important family was to them. We love your family and are sorry for your loss.
