Corinne Dove

Corinne Dove, age 57, died peacefully on Oct. 3, 2021, at her home in Clearfield, Utah, surrounded by her family after a long, courageous battle with breast cancer. Corinne was born to Jack Earl and Loudene Wilding Dove on June 11, 1964, in Salt Lake City, Utah, the third of four children. She lived in several additional states growing up, including Idaho, North Carolina, Arizona and Wyoming. She graduated from American Fork High School (Utah) in 1982, and briefly attended Brigham Young University/Idaho. She worked periodically as a waitress, a store clerk and most recently in collections for an insurance company, where she worked until her illness became too severe. Along with spending time with her family and friends, Corinne loved horses, being outdoors, sunsets, music and laughter. The most common shared experiences with others include these things. Her giving heart lifted others around her and let them know they were loved. She showed strength and bravery in the extreme health challenges she went through, and shared her journey on social media in a way that gave others hope and strength as well. Corinne is survived by her parents Jack & Loudene Dove, her siblings Dan (Sherri) Dove, Lynette (Steve) Harris, Lori (Darin) Christiansen; her children Justin Allen, Amy Allen, Jake (Kelcee) Allen and Jasmine Dove; and eight grandchildren, Jayden, Norah, Rylee, Addilyn, Zander, Carter, Chandler and Brett. Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Friday, Oct. 8, 2021, at 11 a.m. Mountain standard time (with viewing from 9:30 – 10:45 a.m.) at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 1245 S. 1175 East, Clearfield, UT 84015. Interment will follow at the Clearfield City Cemetery, 1050 State Street in Clearfield. Friends of Corinne are providing a luncheon for family, extended family and friends who traveled to celebrate her life. It will be at a different location, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 2200 W. Gordon Ave., Layton, UT 84041 following interment.
