Amon Melo
January 7, 2014 - December 2, 2014
Amon de Melo, 20, of Maceió, AL- Brazil, went back to Heavenly Father on December 2nd, 2014. He was born on January 7th, 1994 to parents Joseval and Elisa Melo. He was an angel sent to this Earth with a great purpose: to teach us what unconditional love is. Amon loved to have everyone singing and clapping to the "happy birthday" song and never failed to include anyone around. He loved to be in the kitchen and knew exactly what ingredients went into his favorite food-spaghetti. He was always excited to grab a pan and fill it with water, get the spaghetti noodles, sauce and get started. Amon always had a good time and was constantly looking for new adventures. A lot of times these adventures consisted of running away at the circus, running away and into the deep end of the pool, and running off to ride the bus by himself. Despite the disabilities that limited him, Amon was always happy, especially when he was fed and music was playing. He was a free spirit who is now free from limitations and worries from this world. Amon is in a much happier place with other angels, and although we miss him, we are also honored to have had him in our lives, and to have been taught what unconditional love truly is by the purest of souls. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, December 13th 2014 at 1535 East Creek Road, Cottonwood Heights with a viewing prior to the services from 9:00 am to 10:30 am.
