Arlo Bragg

May 20, 1951 - April 1, 2022

Arlo Bragg, age 70, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2022 in Roy Utah. Arlo was born on May 20, 1951 the son of Inez and Doyle Bragg in Garland Utah. After Arlo graduated from Bear River high school in 1969, he joined the marines. Arlo was a hard worker and was dedicated for over 30 years at Hill Airforce Base and Defense Depot managing warehouses for the military. In 1971 Arlo married Sandra Lee Gould. They had two children Cary and Jason. Arlo loved the outdoors, spending time with his family, going fly fishing (along with tying his own flies), camping trips, horseback riding, hunting and taking the boat out. Arlo always enjoyed reading books and telling stories. After retirement he joined the Foster Grandparents program. He helped kids to learn how to read. He talked about how much joy this gave him to help kids who are struggling and help them succeed. Arlo was predeceased by his father Doyle Dodson Bragg, mother Inez Pearl Hess Bragg, wife Sandra Lee Gould Bragg, sister Gayle Willson and his brother Melbourne Bragg. He is survived by his sister Yvonne Powell and his children Cary and Jason, 3 grandchildren Blake, Mckensie and Megan and 1 great-grandchild. Isabelle. A memorial service will be held Monday, April 11th, 12:00 pm at Premier Funeral Services, 5335 So. 1950 W. Roy, Utah with interment to follow at the Garland, Utah cemetery.
