Brannigan Lee Cottle
May 2, 1980 - June 1, 2015
In the early morning hours of June 1, 2015 a light in our lives went out when our precious mother and daughter, Brannigan Lee Cottle, took her last breath and went home to be with Jesus. Brannigan was born on May 2, 1980 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Debra Sue Meyer and Anthony Abraham Cottle and passed away at the age of 35. Brannigan was beautiful, smart, talented and compassionate. It was once said of Brannigan that her biggest flaw was her desire and willingness to help others. Even in her darkest moments she had the ability to make people feel at ease and create a light that others were drawn to. Brannigan was a talented dancer and gifted artist. Her greatest joy was her daughter, Tessa and her reason for living. Brannigan was a graduate of Woods Cross High School and attended the University of Utah working towards a degree in family studies. In October 2003, Brannigan married Jason Hasleton, later divorced. Together they brought into this world, yet another beautiful soul when Tessa Kay Hasleton was born. Brannigan is survived by her daughter Tessa, mother Debra, father Anthony and siblings Danielle and Drew, along with Grandmothers Donna and Ione. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews too numerous to mention. Brannigan is also survived by her boyfriend Carlos Perez, whose love and support has meant so much to us. Brannigan is preceded in death by her grandfather’s Gordon and Henry. Funeral services under the direction of Premier Funeral Services. Memorial services and internment to be held at Larkin Funeral Home located at 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (106th south), Sandy, Utah at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 8, 2015. Goodbye our sweet princess until we once again are together in the presence of God.
