In loving memory of Deena Alice Segovia, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Deena was born August 2nd, 1950 in Pocatello Idaho. She passed away February 12, 2020 in Ogden, Utah, after a very courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by those who loved her very much. Deena was an amazing daughter to Leroy Edward and June Elvira Barkdull, sister to Dolores Poppleton, Leroy Barkdull, Arlo Barkdull, Rick Barkdull, wife to Robert Segovia, and mother of Tamara (Kelly) Call, Tracy Perez, Suzette Chankhio, Melanie (Clarence) Schott , Angelique Martinez, Tina (Jorge) Rivera, and Loretta (Chaz) Hall. She was a grandmother of 25 and great grandmother of 26. We all know she's looking down with loving eyes at the amazing family she has brought forth into this world. She had a beautiful soul and loved her music, which consisted of oldies and country. She loved dancing and going on long walks with her dog, Charlie. She was also known as a professional bowler on the Wii console. She worked as a senior companion, providing assistance and friendships to many people. She was an amazing, strong, and loving woman who saw the good in people. She was a woman of God and loved to cherish all that life had to offer. Deena will be greatly missed and will always hold a special place in our hearts.
