Donald Mark Blumenthal born on May 31st, 1948, passed on 10/26/2021 in Clinton, Utah and is finally at peace. Reunited with his mother, Velma Gibbons Blumenthal, father, Harold “Bud” Blumenthal, and sister Judy Ann Blumenthal Nicholas. Don was a lover, with a big heart that was set on seeking out the truth in life. Those of you that knew him know he was as real as they get and a man of many talents including a way with words. He graduated with highest honors as valedictorian from Olympus High School in 66’. He went on to pursue a college degree at George Washington University majoring in History. He ended up following in his father and grandfather’s footsteps as a 4th Generation Master Plumber. Having a passion for water conservation he proudly invented “The WaterHotter”. Don was an avid baseball enthusiast having been a pitcher himself. Every year he anxiously awaited watching the World Series. He was heavily involved in AA throughout his life, helping many fellow members along the way, as they helped him. He is survived by his only child; daughter, Ashley Blumenthal Bryant (Jeff), Grandchildren; Adrian and Evan, brother William “Bill” Blumenthal, great nephew Tyler, and lifelong friend & brother Stanley Adams. He will forever be in our hearts, thoughts, and spirits as a father, brother, grandfather, uncle & friend. A heartfelt thanks to the amazingly genuine and compassionate staff at Country Pines Retirement, for giving him the best care in his last two years of life. Rest In Peace Blumus until we meet again in the eternal heavens…May you watch over us to guide us along the rest of our time here, earth-side…”Ugreat”…”ever seen a hearse pullin’ a U-Haul?”…BnT…Xx.
