George Raymond “Ray” Snow, 68 has gone fishing. Ray was born on February 1, 1948 to Sheldon and Marcia Snow in Orangeville, UT and passed away on July 24, 2016 peacefully in his home surrounded by his loved ones and after a courageous battle with cancer. Ray was a veteran who proudly served our country in the Vietnam War. He was an avid outdoorsman who also enjoyed walking his dogs. He worked for Glen’s Tires for over 40 years. He helped manage the store and he always had a smile on his face when helping customers. Ray was a very witty man who always entertained everybody by sharing stories about fishing, hunting, and other adventures. As much as he loved the outdoors his family was always first and foremost in his life. Ray is survived by his wife Katrina “Tina” Snow, (married on June 11, 1988); along with their four children, James (Laura) Farnsworth; stepson, Kelly (Jennifer) Snow; Daniel (Stephanie) Stoddard; stepson, and Brittney Snow. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Sheldon and Marcia Snow. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at the Calvary Chapel located at 460 West Century Dr. (4350 S.) SLC, UT. Viewing will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to Services. Graveside Services with military honors will be at the Orangeville City Cemetery.
