Survived by his wife Dorothy, children James Jr. (Sarah), Steven, Cindy (Howard) Dumas, Dwayne (Chris), Albert (Amparo), Noel (Scott) Dean, 18 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, sister Ruth Frakes and brother Alan Ball. Preceded in death by his parents and brother Fred. Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm, Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at the Holladay Memorial Cemetery, 4900 So. Memory Lane, Holladay, Utah.
