Juan A. Alvarado

August 9, 1996 - May 26, 2022

Born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Maria & Rosario Alvarado. Juan was a beloved Son, Brother, Husband, and Family guy. On Thursday night Juan lost his life in a tragic car accident in Nevada. He sacrificed himself so his family could survive. If you knew Juan, you know he struggled with addiction at a young age and worked so hard to stay sober and get his life in order. We are so happy he was able to get his life back and experience some of the beauty that life can offer. He got to experience true love, and the love of a family alongside his wife Chastity Chacon and stepchildren. He came into her life and helped heal her heart. Like any relationship there were ups and downs with fights and arguments but at the end of the day he held her heart and she held his heart. Juan is her hero, because of him Chastity and her kids are alive today. He will be missed by many as he made an impact on everyone. He was always happy and always tried to make other happy. His relationship with his brother Jonathan had a very strong bond. He will forever be missed and never forgotten. He survived by his Mother Maria Alvarado, Siblings: Sisters Cathy Sanchez, Jilliana Michelle Draper, Rosa Alvarado, and his brothers Freddy Alvarado, and Jonathan Alvarado. He was the proud uncle to 10 nieces and nephews. His Dog Lokey, Cat Alcie. His memory will not be forgotten as it will live in us every day.
