Loreen Gail Cervantez

March 7, 1947 - October 27, 2021

Loreen Gail Cervantez This was a woman who understood what love was. Not that it was easy; Not that she found it given to her by everyone; Not that it wasn’t rejected by some when she offered it, but because she understood how to love and keep on loving no matter what. Everyone who knew her knows that they would find that love waiting for them no matter how long they were away from her. I am the luckiest daughter to have been taught and shown that kind of love. We must remember, although she is gone now, we all know that if it’s days, weeks, months, or many years that keep us apart from her – when we see her again, her love will be there waiting for us. Loreen Gail Cervantez is survived by her loving husband Joe Cervantez – I heard him say often that she is the love of his life. I am forever grateful you were there for her so she could know that kind of love for herself. Thank you Dad. She is survived by her Big Sis – Eleanor Neal. These two found more than just being siblings – they found a friendship and stayed bonded no matter the distance. She is survived by her big brother – Ralph Bradley. She always thought he was bigger than life. She always looked up to him, and was always proud of her big brother. She is survived by her oldest daughter, Karen Goddess – The one that made her a mother. I know nothing could top that. This is truly the most beautiful thing. My mother loved being a mother and Karen gave her that purpose. She never left Mom’s side during the hardest and most heart-wrenching times – for that, I can’t thank you enough. Mom is also survived by Karen’s children – Arissa with Raiden and Ryder; Aundre, with Leah; Kaitlynn; and Nick. She is survived by her second oldest Daughter – Cindy Little (That’s me!) I am not here to brag, but since I am the one writing this, I feel I have some pull. I must say – she did call me her soul mate on many occasions, and anybody who knows our relationship, I’m sure they would agree. She is survived by my children – Logan Little with Mara and Ashby; Steven Little with Kainen, Linken, Lewis, Delta, and Lavelle; Dylan Little with Star, Vincent, and Freya; Austin Little with Ezra; Kevin Little; and Sara Little. She is survived by her son, Adam Cervantez – Okay… this is her boy! I know for a fact that without this amazing man, she might have lost that beautiful glow of hers. Adam, she knew every day that you loved her without question. Know Always, that you were loved! You helped teach us all Love. Thank you for just being you! You gave us a happier and healthier mom. She is survived by Adam’s children, Meadow and Wade… These two grandkids might have out done you Adam.. Actually, there’s no might about it! These two were her angels. To all my family and friends, remember her with happiness and good memories – not grief. Reach out to people more often and remember to show your love as she showed you hers. Mom, I love you so much. You have been and always will be my soul mate too. I will miss you every single day until we are together again. I take solace knowing you are once again in your Mom and Dad’s embrace where you belong. I know you have missed them dearly. Services will held Friday, November 5, 12:00 pm at the Centerpoint Church, 1550 Sandhill Road, Orem, with a viewing prior to services from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. Interment will be at Provo City Cemetery.
