Louella Nance Craig

June 4, 1932 - June 7, 2021

Louella Nance Craig went to be with my gracious heavenly father on June 7, 2021. God has been very important to me my whole life through thick and thin and I am finally able to be in his arms again. I was born in Kaysville Utah on June 4th 1932 to John W and Juanita Putman Nance. Attended Davis High School enjoying Pep Club, Singing and many other activities of High School graduating in 1950. I was married to Normal L. Patrick was blessed with 3 daughters and 1 son and later married Jose L. Martinez was blessed with another son and 3 step children. September 1, 1987, I met and married my true love Glen H. Craig and gained one more step son. Glen made my senior years very delightful. He was a wonderful provider, a true gentleman treating everyone with respect and dignity. He passed away on April 12, 2011 with his final wishes to be laid to rest with me. My work included over 20 years with the Utah State extension program and Weber State University in the children’s school. I have fond memories spending time with my children camping at Sunridge enjoying the beauty of the mountains and god’s creatures. My love for quilting and growing beautiful flowers will be shared for generations. Survived by my children: Juanita (Roland) Clarke, Boise, ID Bonnie (Mike Eppley) Terry, West Haven, UT Darrell (Michele) Patrick, Roy, UT Julie (Jessie) Hoffman, Rigby, ID and Raymond (Lycia) Martinez, Clinton, UT and two brothers Jay (Claudia, deceased) Nance, Montello NV and Daniel (Charlene) Nance, Manti UT. Step children Louie (Dee) Martinez, Tom (Pam) Martinez, Addie Strong and Gary Craig. Many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren all of whom I loved dearly. Preceded in death by my parents, sisters, granddaughter, grandson, husbands and stepson. A special thanks to my very special friends Elna Jeffers and Marlene Larsen who have always been there for me. I have requested that there be no viewing and want a simple graveside service for family and friends which will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at Ogden City Cemetery 1875 Monroe Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401
