Lynda Sue Memmott

January 13, 1952 - February 24, 2022

Lynda Sue Memmott 70 years young, of Provo, UT passed away February 24, 2022 at Mountain View Hospital in Payson. She was preceded in death by her mother Jo Cutler, who was there waiting to take her to get her wings. She was also preceded by her brother Philip Greenwood Sr. Sue was born on January 13, 1952 in Provo, Utah to LaMont Atwood and Joy (Jo) Shepherd. She was raised in Springville, UT and a graduate of Springville High class of 1970. Sue worked for Mountain Country Foods for 29 1/2 years as a supervisor before retiring. She had many hobbies throughout the years including bowling, camping, riding her 4 wheeler, crocheting and being with family and friends. Sue is survived by 2 daughters, Stacy and Robert McCleaf of Payson and JaNae and Kenneth Gunter of Oklahoma. Also a son, Brian and Jillian Allmer of Portland, Oregon. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Justice, Sierra, Troy, Sydnee and Skyler as well as 1 great grandson her "little man" Tristin. Her father, LaMont Atwood of Santaquin, UT 1 sister Jeanie and Larry White of Richfield, UT and 2 brothers Doug and Shirlene Atwood of Santaquin, UT and Gary Atwood of Spring Lake, UT. 5 nieces and 2 nephews and many other "surrogate" family members. She was a member of the LDS church. She was loved and will be missed by so many especially her daughters and grandchildren. Fly high momma, you are now another guardian angel for us!!
