Raymond Donald Duvall 1949 - 2020 Raymond Duvall passed away from complications of COPD at his home in American Fork, Utah on August 20, 2020. He joins family members who have previously passed including his parents, Uvonna (Slater) and Raymond Duvall Sr., sister Marie Knox, and youngest daughter Tiffany Duvall. Raymond was born June 15,1949 in Vernal, Utah and was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He was raised in Pleasant Grove, Utah where he graduated from Pleasant Grove High School. After graduation he attended LDS Business College in Salt Lake City and Utah State Technical College in Provo, Utah, where he met his wife Bonnie Louise Cox. He and Bonnie were married June 17, 1969 in Malad, Idaho. Raymond worked at Geneva Steel in Orem, Utah for 35 years as an overhead crane operator. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, and gardening. He was also a coin, rock, and gem collector. He loved the Beach Boys, the Beatles, and country music. He also enjoyed billiards. Raymond was an all-around great guy who laughed easily and had a witty sense of humor. He loved his family and especially enjoyed spending time with his many grandkids and great grandkids. He was beloved by his large extended family as well. Raymond is survived by his siblings Marlene (Lyle) Walker, Glade (Veronica) Duvall, Kenneth (Brenda) Duvall, and Christine (Michael) Bradford, his loving wife Bonnie, son, Dean Duvall, and three daughters, Barbara Nielson, Heather (Tony) Rasmussen and Tracy (Jared) Davis, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 am, Thursday, September 3rd at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints American Fork 13th Ward, 975 North 60 East. Interment will be at the Highland City Cemetery afterward. *Out of respect for the family, those attending the funeral are requested to wear a mask.
