He passed quietly after a short but aggressive bout with cancer, surrounded by loved ones and dear friends. He was born to Roy Spratley Chadwick and Ida Hardy Chadwick in Salt Lake City, Utah. He moved to Logan in his early years. He loved Roy Rogers and John Wayne movies and this inspired his love for country music and attire.
