Robert Charles Stemm

Robert Charles Stemm, 1933-2021, Harrisville UT, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at his home in December 9th, 2021 in Harrisville UT. He was born May 12, 1933 in Ogden to Charles Lewis and Elva Rose Stemm. He was the middle child of three children. He was a devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Uncle, Cousin, Brother and friend. He married the love of his life Ladene on December 20, 1955. He served in the Army from 1955-1957. He worked at Ogden Union Railway & Depot (OUR & D) from 1951-1957, he then worked at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) from 1957-1990. When he retired, he enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, bowling, golfing, wood working, and billiards. He was preceded in death by Carolyn Stemm (daughter), Peggy Dustin (sister), his parents, and many other loved ones and friends. He is survived by his sweetheart LaDene Stemm, and his two children: Darrel Slater (stepson), Susan Stemm; sister Shirley Upshaw; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Graveside services and interment will be held on Friday, December 17 at 1:00 PM at Ben Lomond Cemetery, 526 2850 N, Ogden UT.
