Sunny Jean Eldredge

December 20, 1945 - May 19, 2020

Sunny Jean, our loving mother, wife, sister and grandma passed away at her home May 19, 2020. She was born December 20, 1945 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Guinevere and Charles James. During her high school years, Sunny Jean was part of the Pep Club because her smile could light up the room. Sunny Jean married her prince charming, Joel, over 53 years ago. During their life together she had her own house cleaning and extensive candy machine businesses. She was an amazing mom to Justin and Jennifer. Together as a family, they enjoyed being in the great outdoors. Sunny Jean loved her 7 grandchildren, Jessica, Kristen, Derrick, Dillan, Destin, Kambria and Isabella (Izzy) and her great granddaughter, Alianna. She always looked at the positive and kept a smile on her face even after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in her 30’s. She maintained a fighting spirit throughout her life. She is survived by her loving husband and devoted caretaker Joel Eldredge, her son Justin Eldredge and her brother William (Mona) James of Longview, WA. She is preceded in death by her daughter Jennifer Eldredge and her mom Guinevere. Graveside services will be held at 12 Noon, on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at the Midvale City Cemetery. A viewing will be held prior to the graveside service from 10-11:30 am at Premier Funeral Services, 67 East 8000 South, Midvale, Utah.
