Bette sounds like she was a wonderful woman. I'm sorry I finally found her 5 years too late. She was my paternal grandmother and I never got the chance to know who she was or have her in my life. I am glad she had kind people in her life before she went. I just wish I could have been there for her as well.
Please accept my most heart-felt condolences at the loss of your mother and grandmother. She was such a spunky, loving individual; always so bright and caring for those around her! We are sorry to hear about Betty's passing. She was a joy to us that have delivered Meals On Wheels to us her over the years. Loved her stories and her spunky approach to life. Sure wish we could have enjoyed some of her Jello.

Bette was such a sweet and kind lady. She had so much spirit in that tiny body! She truly was a joy to visit and I will miss her. I know she is in a happy place now and my life has been enriched in getting to be a part of hers.
I got to know Bette by delivering Meals on Wheels. I always looked forward to seeing her. She had such a spunky attitude and was always was so kind and generous with compliments.
