Adelmo Luis Baca's Obituary
Adelmo Luis Baca, our husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend passed away January 7, 2021. He was born October 6, 1938 in Del Norte, Colorado, to Manuel and Maggie Norega Baca. He attended school in Del Norte, Colorado. He married Olivia E. Baca, March 7, 1981.
Adelmo served in the US Army. He worked for the US Government for 35 years, where he received numerous awards. Al loved the outdoors – fishing, camping and just being outside. He loved his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was always positive even in the most horrible and troubling times.
He will be deeply missed and is loved by everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Olivia; children, Jr. Baca, Monica Baca, Debbie Baca-Muro, Dae Chavez, Melissa Baca, Brian Baca, Manuel Chavez, Robert Chavez, Lori Chavez, Teresa Chavez, Paul Chavez, Alisha Chavez, Dezmond Alvez; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers, Jonny, Joe, Rose, Dicky, Emily and Marian.
Preceded in death by Manuel and Margarita Baca, Michael Baca, Anthony Baca, Joann Baca, Eloy Salazar Jr., Manuel Velasquez, Dennis Baca, Mily Salazar, Jean Baca, Ayo Gene Haney.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 15, 2021, 11:00 am at Premier Funeral Services, 5335 So. 1950 W. Roy, Utah with a viewing prior from 9:30 – 10:30 am and Rosary from 10:30 – 11:00 am. Interment will be at Ogden City Cemetery.
