Alma Guadalupe Hernandez Espinoza's Obituary
In loving memory of Alma Guadalupe Hernández Espinoza
May 12, 1965 – June 10, 2026
With profound sadness and deep love, we announce the passing of Alma Guadalupe Hernández Espinoza, who entered eternal rest surrounded by the love of her family.
Alma was born on May 12, 1965, in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico. As the eldest of four siblings, she faced hardship at a young age when she lost her mother. With remarkable maturity, compassion, and strength, she helped care for her younger brothers and sisters, demonstrating the selflessness and devotion that would define her entire life.
As a child, Alma was known for her loving heart, responsibility, and creativity. She enjoyed playing with dolls and lovingly sewing small dresses and accessories for them. She excelled academically throughout her school years, earning numerous awards and recognitions for her outstanding performance. She also enjoyed sports and cultural activities, participating in basketball and traditional folkloric dance.
After completing her university studies, Alma earned a degree in Business Administration. She later married Jose Fabian Espinoza and built a family that became the center of her world. She was the proud mother of five daughters, whom she loved unconditionally and for whom she sacrificed endlessly.
Beyond her accomplishments, Alma will be remembered for the love and devotion she gave to her family. She was a caring, resilient, and compassionate woman who always placed the needs of her children and loved ones before her own. Through every stage of life, she faced challenges with courage and did the best she could with the circumstances she was given.
Alma had a special gift for remembering people and making others feel seen, valued, and important. She created a home filled with love, warmth, and sacrifice. Her daughters will forever cherish the countless moments she spent caring for them, supporting them, and teaching them through her example of perseverance and unconditional love.
Despite many health struggles throughout her life, Alma continued moving forward with determination and grace. Her strength inspired those around her, and her love left a lasting imprint on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Alma is survived by her five beloved daughters, Yoema Gardner, Jocelyn Fletcher, Alma Karen Espinoza, Fabiola Revill, Angie Furey, her grandchildren Oliver, Jack, Nahla, Cyrus, Mateo, Lemmon, Lucas, and soon to arrive Charles, her siblings Georgina Romero, Gorge Hernandez, Claudia Hernandez, extended family members, and many friends whose lives were touched by her kindness and generosity.
Though her passing leaves an immeasurable void in our hearts, we find comfort in the legacy she leaves behind, a legacy of love, resilience, sacrifice, faith, and devotion to family. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever carried in our hearts.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses, caregivers, and medical staff who cared for Alma throughout her journey. Your compassion, kindness, and dedication brought comfort to Alma and her family during a difficult time, and we are deeply grateful for the care and dignity you provided.
