Alma Richards' Obituary
Alma Evelyn Richards, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother Was on January 8th 1951 to Ada Evelyn Wake, and Arthur Morecroft. The family crossed the pond to America for better opportunities, and my mom fit in pretty well because she was from Liverpool England and the Beatles were famous at that time so there was a lot of kids that thought she was cool! And there were a Lot of kids that also made fun of her, but she met her friend Cleo, who took her under her wings and she basically became part of their family, and then she lost touch of her for a while, but then all my son Stephen introduced his girlfriend's mother to her, and come to find out it was Cleo from her younger days, now they share grandchildren and great-grandchildren together! Alma had so many friends, She was a hippie and still to this day! She married Billy Peck in 1968, and had her daughter Rainna, soon after they got a divorce, and then she had her son Stephen 3 years later, and then her daughter Misty, and 3 years later she had the baby of the family Christie. Alma lived a crazy life but she loved it, always the life of the party, and everybody loved her! She will be deeply missed, but we all know that she's up there with all of her siblings that have passed before her, she was the last lone child, so we know she's up in heaven hanging out with her siblings and her mom Nana Evelyn, her sister Vivian, her brother Paul, And Steve, her baby sister Deb, and the three men that she loved and missed her Husband Billy, Lloyd, Mike McGuire, and her last love Martin, but most of all her puppy Zowie, who she had for almost 18 years passed away in January, she has been mourning her ever since, we all said they couldn't live without each other, now they are all reunited again in Heaven! And so happy! We seriously thought she loved her more than her own children! Besides her Sam, who she helped raise, and they had a special bond!.
Alma passed away Sunday June 4th, for health was bad, but it recently took a toll on her life she died suddenly and unexpectedly but we now know she's no longer in pain, Alma leaves behind her children Rainna Peck Brown (Rob) Stephen Paul Peck, Misty Gutierrez (Anthony) Christie Lee (Steph) preceded in death By her Mother Evelyn her brother Paul Barbara, her brother Stephen, her sister Vivian, and Debbie Coulson, Alma also leaves behind her grandchildren, Stevie Dan, JoJo Trujillo, Michael Gutierrez, Selena Trujillo, Domenic Gutierrez, Corrine Trujillo, DeVaughn McCoy, Shealee Brown, Samuel Gutierrez, Robbie Brown,Jerzie Gorst, Xavier Gutierrez, Sophiya Gutierrez. Great Grandchildren JuJu. Peck, Domenic Gutierrez,Isaiah Gutierrez,Ian Peck, Lilah Gutierrez Eliana Peck and Rayne Gutierrez, Who miss her So Much!
The viewing will be held at Premier funeral Home
67 East 8000 South (right off State Street to the east from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. dinner to follow at 2333 West North Temple at the Pointe Apartments in Maddy's Place banquet room at 6:00pm
