Amy Annette Allman's Obituary
Chehalis, WA – Amy Annette, 36, passed away Wednesday May 16th, 2012 in Chehalis Washington. She was born December 12, 1975 to Dennis & Annette.
She was a wonderful Mother, Sister, Daughter, Granddaughter, and Friend. She grew up in Kearns Utah, and graduated from Kearns High. She moved to Washington State in 2003. In 2007 Amy gave birth to Justin, followed in 2009 by Jesse. She loved her boys and being a mother above all else.
Survived by her sons, Justin & Jesse Allman; mother, Annette Taylor, father, Dennis Shaughnessy; sisters, Marcie (Richard) Burrill & Jamie (Jeff) Dumas; nieces & nephews; Grandparents Ray & Rosanna Ellis; Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Amy Shaughnessy Allman memorial fund at any Wells Fargo branch to help with funeral expenses.
Viewing will be on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Welby Hills 1st Ward Building, located at 9376 South 4000 West, Salt Lake City. Graveside Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at the Heber City Cemetery, located at 700 North 550 East, Heber, UT.
