Angela Marie Foreman's Obituary
Angela Maria Foreman, 60 years old, of Pleasant View, Utah, passed on to her eternal life with our God on April 22, 2025.
Born August 8, 1964 in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom to Rosalyn Fay and Angelo Iuliani. After graduating from school, Angela decided to be adventurous and move to Italy, her father’s country of birth. She settled in the northern town of Aviano, Italy and eventually worked for Tussi and Pola at Albergo Trattoria da Tussi, a hotel and restaurant that was a favorite with many of the locals and U.S. military personnel stationed at the nearby Aviano Air Base. As a waitress, bartender, and hotel receptionist, she met the love of her life when he arrived in Italy and checked into the hotel for temporary lodging. A strapping young man and exotic foreigner arriving from the land of Hollywood, Scott swept her off her feet (with the help of chocolates and tiramisu from date nights in Venice) and the two were eventually married near her hometown of Wolverhampton, England. They were blessed with and lovingly raised three beautiful children, Michela, and twins Megan and Stewart.
Angela had an infectious laugh, wry sense of humor, and beautiful smile! She always enjoyed travelling to new places and camping with the family. A great friend to many, she will also be remembered for her warmth and friendly personality. Always quick to make a joke, Angela loved to tease the military personnel that frequented Tussi’s restaurant. It’s no wonder so many people stationed at Aviano Air Base remember fondly their times visiting the restaurant and their favorite waitress!
Though Angela could easily hold a conversation in Italian, she only managed to pass down to our children how to swear in Italian! (An unfortunate gift they will likely remember for many years.) One memory our kids will never forget is how much she loved her Santa Clause display and Christmas Village that she had collected over many years. It has become a family tradition at Christmastime to set up the village together; one that we’re sure to continue for many years! In the last months of her life, after Christmas was over and the decorations were put away, she asked that I put her Christmas village and Santa display back up where she could see them. She also passed down the English tradition of Christmas crackers and wearing paper crowns contained in every cracker for the Christmas dinner. No Christmas (or Thanksgiving) meal was ever celebrated without first snapping open the traditional Christmas Cracker and donning your crown! She passed away very quickly and without pain next to her display of Santas. We will miss her.
She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Rosalyn Fay and Angelo. Angela is survived by her husband of over 26 years, Scott; and her three children, Michela, Megan, and Stewart. She is also survived by her sister, Carmela (David), and brother, Paul, along with their children, and many family members across England and Italy, as well as the many dear friends she has had the pleasure of knowing through her adventures.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Alpine Church (Riverdale Campus) in Riverdale, Utah on May 30, 2025, at 3:00 pm MDT (10pm BST, 11pm CEST). 4 “Lord, remind me how brief my time on earth will be.
Remind me that my days are numbered—
how fleeting my life is.
5 You have made my life no longer than the width of my hand.
My entire lifetime is just a moment to you;
at best, each of us is but a breath.”
6 We are merely moving shadows,
and all our busy rushing ends in nothing.
We heap up wealth,
not knowing who will spend it.
7 And so, Lord, where do I put my hope?
My only hope is in you.
— Psalms 39:4-7 (NLT)
