ANTHONY JAY DUGAN
1992-2023
Our dearly loved son, dad, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin and friend
Anthony Jay Dugan (AJ) passed away November 14, 2023, in Vernal Utah at the age of 31.
He was born July 7, 1992, to Faron & LuAnn Christiansen Dugan in Salt Lake City.
He loved his family and was always happy to help everyone. He had a winning personality and smile. He attended Parkview Elementary, Glendale Middle School and East High School all in Salt Lake City. After graduating from welding school in Vernal, he worked at SME Steel as a welder. Anthony used his CDL license to work as a truck driver and had many jobs in the oil fields, including supervisor. He loved to go elk and deer hunting with friends and family. He also enjoyed camping, hiking and shed hunting. Fishing year round was one of his favorite things to do. When he was not outside, he enjoyed watching football and basketball games with his dad.
Anthony was liked by all and had many friends. One friend in particular he could always count on was Randal.
He is survived by his father Faron, son Brantley, brother Tyson, sister Jara, grandma Fay Christiansen, grandparents Ferry and Dorothy Evans, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother LuAnn, grandpa Earl Christiansen, grandpa Glen Dugan and brother Beau J Dugan.
A special thanks to his uncle Rick and aunt Julie for helping with the arrangements in Salt Lake.
Anthony will always be loved, remembered and missed by everyone.
Graveside service will be held November 28, 2023, at 11 am.
