Arthur, age 63, passed away in his home in West Valley City, Utah on Monday, March 8, 2021.
He was born November 5, 1957 to Angela Trigueros Lugo and Rosario Serrano Lugo in Santa Ana, California. He loved Ceviche, Banana Cream Pie, oldies music and fishing as long as he had his Pepsi and Cigarettes. He was a very hard working man who worked in construction for 50 years.
He is survived by his wife Elizabeth and his children Jennifer, Rosalie, Arthur Jr, Frank, Linsey, Angela, Ross and many grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents and daughter Veronica.
