Audie Michael Anderson Strong's Obituary
Audie Michael Anderson Strong, lovingly known as “Aud the Bod,” passed away on March 3rd, 2025, surrounded by his family. He left this world too soon due to cardiac arrest, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, on April 21st, 1984, Audie was a gifted athlete and a dedicated scholar. He graduated from Brighton High School, where he was a member of State championship soccer teams, and later earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Nutrition from the University of Utah. His pursuit of knowledge continued with a diploma from the National Automobile Dealers Association Academy.
Throughout his career, Audie took on many roles within the family business, forging countless friendships along the way. He had an innate ability to connect with people, always making those around him feel valued and appreciated.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Audie’s love for soccer and golf was unmatched. He was also a devoted fan of the Chargers and Padres-loyal through every season.
In 2017, he married the love of his life, Jenny Mitchell, a true Southern belle. Together, they embraced life to the fullest, enjoying travel, brunches, social gatherings, and giving back to the community through charitable work.
Audie had a gift for lighting up a room, whether through his quick wit, endless movie quotes, or legendary bear hugs. His presence was a blessing to all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.
Audie is survived by his beloved wife, Jenny; his parents, Brad and Sana; his siblings, Walker (Chelsea), Jackson (Natalie), Baylee (Michael); his grandmother, Jane; and a large extended family who adored him. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Glen; his uncle, Mike; his aunt, Camie; and his father, Scott.
A Celebration of Life will be held on March 29th, 2025 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Interform Club at America First Field, home of another team close to Audie’s heart, Real Salt Lake. This will be an open house- please come by and share your favorite Audie stories as we celebrate his life and legacy.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Make-A-Wish Utah in Audie’s honor, a cause that held a special place in his heart.
