Barbara (Kathy) Hagen: Born Nov 1, 1956 to Barbara Green Godwin and Robert Godwin in Salt Lake City Utah. Kathy passed away peacefully on Feb 12, 2013. Her life was defined by determination and independence. She is survived by her Son: Richard Hagen, Sister: Patricia Kulkus. Nephews: Robert Kulkus and Thomas Kulkus. There will be an open house celebrating her life on Saturday Feb 23, 2013 4-7pm at 10876 S. Shady Dell Drive in Sandy Utah.
