Barry Higbee's Obituary
Barry DeWayne Higbee was born March 29, 1961 to DeAnn Mae Grover and DeWayne Higbee. Barry was called home on April, 6 2017, a beautiful spring day, joining his father Dewayne. Barry valiantly fought the best he could against mental illness. Through all of his many struggles and strifes he accomplished many things. He was an outstanding athlete, excelling at every sport he tried. He had a strong work ethic and focused that on what he believed in. He leaves behind his loving mother, DeAnn, sisters Jane (Jack) Perlow, Carol (Simon) Orozco, Barbara Richmond, and Kristy Higbee. He also leaves behind one Brother, his best friend, Brad (Kelly) Higbee. Barry adored his 7 beautiful daughters, Taresa (Jason), Taesha (Jennie), Heather (Chad), Emily, Jessica, Sarah, and Taylor. Barry also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, one granddaughter Erika, and other extended family. We would like to thank the many friends that have provided love and support to Barry and his family when it was needed. Barry, we know your life was troubled and only you could know the pain. Now “Go Rest High on that Mountain, your work on earth is done." Until we meet again we all LOVE you so much. A memorial service will be held at the LDS meeting house (church) on April, 11 at 3 pm 2976 W. Winchester Drive (4270 S) Taylorsville, UT.
