Benjamin Martinez's Obituary
Benjamin Martinez passed away peacefully on June 25th at 1:30 pm in a nursing home assisted living facility. Benjamin was born in Sunnyside, Utah to Fred and Bernice Martinez. Benjamin is survived by one brother and four sisters. Fily Martinez Ogden, Audrey Miranda Ogden, Nancy Gallegos Ogden, Jackie Ortega Las Vegas NV, and Barbara Gallegos Ogden.
Benjamin worked at Hill Field Air Force Base as an aircraft mechanic. Benjamin met Lola Sandoval in 1969. They later got married on July 15, 1970. The couple had two children Fred Manuel Martinez and Benjamin Rodney Martinez.
Benjamin loved to make people laugh and was a very giving and caring person. He will be remembered for his care and kindness but most of all his joking personality.
Benjamin is preceded in death by Fred Martinez, Bernice Martinez, four brothers, five sisters, and his late wife Lola Sandoval Martinez.
Viewing Saturday July 11th at 9:30 AM at 5335 S 1950 W Roy, Utah. Burial services will be held at the Ogden City Cemetery.
