Bess E Nessen's Obituary
Bess E. Coombs Nessen 1932 ~ 2011 Born June 17, 1932, died August 5, 2011 after a dignified fight against Pancreatic and liver cancer. Our sweet, wise mother, grandmother, aunt, sweetheart and friend was born In Fountain Green, Utah, a place that was always dear to her. She served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ where she met her sweetheart. They were married on November 15, 1958 and lived in Brigham City and then Salt Lake. Bess held many positions in the church and served faithfully. But she was best known for her acts of kindness, generosity and service. These included hundreds of Novelty and wedding cakes, dinners, receptions, crafts, 12 Days of Christmas and more. She is survived by her husband Robert Nessen, her children; Larry and Danelle Nessen, Linda and Martin Simons, Bonni Nessen, Bobby and Andrea Nessen, Barbie and Mark Niederhauser, Brian and Eunice Nessen,; 14 grandchildren, three great grandchildren as well as Nieces and nephews she dearly loved. Her death leaves a void in our lives and we will miss her Terribly, but are so happy to have her free of pain and to be enjoying the company of her siblings and Parents who preceded her in death. Viewing to be held on Tuesday, August 9th, 2011 from 6 - 8 p.m., at the Millcreek Stake Center located 4220 S. 420 E.; Murray, UT. Funeral services will be held, with a viewing one hour prior, on Wednesday, August 10, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. These services will also be held at the Millcreek Stake Center. Interment At Elysian Gardens.
