Beth Ann (Woodard) Fallis' Obituary
Beth Ann (Woodard) Fallis, 79, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2025, in Draper, Utah.
She was born on January 29, 1946, in Salt Lake City, Utah, and was raised by Nephi Devar and Beth Call Woodard in Ontario, Oregon.
Beth was a fiercely independent soul who moved to Utah at the age of 18 on her own. At 21, she gave birth to her daughter Michelle, who was the center of her world.
She worked for the state of Utah for 20 years in various roles, including the post office, City Electric, the Utah State Tax Commission, Education, and Welfare. She enjoyed her work and earned many awards for her excellence.
Sewing was one of Beth’s favorite hobbies, especially quilting. Each Christmas, she lovingly made pajamas for her grandchildren. She also enjoyed traveling to places such as New York, American history sites, and Australia. Beth had a passion for cooking and baking and shared her homemade toffee and peanut brittle with her grandchildren every Christmas—a tasty legacy they look forward to continuing!
Beth is survived by her brother Blaine (Cindy), her sister MinNette (Dane), her daughter Michelle (Calvin), five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son-in-law, Calvin.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 6410 S 725 E, Murray, Utah.
