Our dear and sweet mother and grandma passed away last night. Such a hard moment for us but a joyous one for her as her suffering has ended and she is with her family. I’m going to miss you, Abuelita. Te amo mucho y gracias por todo.
Blanca Olga Barros Vilches passed away peacefully on January 1, 2020. She was born April 4, 1941 in Los Andes, Chile. She is survived by her daughter Carolina Gibbons, and sisters Tina Foster and Nieves Vilches. After battling 40 years of cancer, diabetes, heart failure, and liver failure, she passed her test.
The funeral will be held this Saturday, January 4, 2020 at the Springville 9th Ward, 878 West Center Street, Springville, Utah for anyone that would like to attend. Viewing will be at 10:00 am with the funeral service to begin at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at the Provo City Cemetery, 610 South State Street, Provo, Utah.
