Bonnieta Rae Collard Patterson
1931 - 2018
Bonnieta Rae Collard Patterson age 86 of Plain City died January 14, 2018 at home from causes incident to a stroke and age. She was born September 16, 1931 in Salt Lake City Utah to William Orson Collard and Lewgweneth Smith. She married Joseph Ray Patterson on October 21, 1948 in Elko, Nevada and they were later sealed in the Logan LDS temple. She attended school in Huntsville and the old Weber High School. She was a dedicated homemaker to her family and always loved to cook for everyone. She loved children especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of the Poplar Ward and looked forward to the boys coming on Sundays with the sacrament.
She is survived by her children Colleen (Roger) Larson, Connie (Jeff) Monroe, Brian Patterson, Blair (Teresa) Patterson. She has 14 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and one sister Betty Glad, of Salt Lake City. She is preceded in death by Joseph R. Patterson, Spouse, and sibling Prue Collard, Wells Collard, Patricia Fern Grant, Loyal Collard, Ruth Woods, Earl Collard, Clyde Collard, Roy Collard, Steve Collard, Joe Collard, and David Collard.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm, Saturday, January 20, 2018 at the Poplar 1st Ward, 2123 North 2000 West, Farr West, Utah where a viewing will be prior to services from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm. Interment in the Ogden City Cemetery.
