Brad Kenneth Lund's Obituary
Brad Kenneth Lund, 58, passed away January 31, 2013 after a brief battle with brain cancer. He was born October 27, 1954 to Kenneth Dee and LaVaun Hipwell Lund.
He was raised in Plain City and West Weber and graduated from Weber High School. Brad married Lorraine Dyson on May 16, 1975 in the Ogden LDS Temple. They were blessed with three children: Brady (Joni), Shaun, and Becky. Brad enjoyed his church callings as athletic director and Ward Librarian. Brad worked at Deseret Industries, Utility Trailer and H.A.F.B. He was an excellent bowler and loved to golf with his brothers and friends. He was a sports official and avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
He is survived by his wife Lorraine, sons Brady (Joni), and Shaun, daughter Becky, parents Kenneth and LaVaun, brothers Dennis (Mandy), Kraig (Brenda), and sister Lisa (Rich) Robinson.
All services will be held at the Clinton North Stake Center, 1448 W. 1800 N. in Clinton. The funeral will be held Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 11a.m. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, February 4, 2013 from 6p.m. to 8p.m. and on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 from 10a.m. to 10:45a.m.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at McKay-Dee Hospital and the IHC Hospice for taking such great care of Brad and our family.
