Brady Michael John's Obituary
Brady Michael John, our beloved son, brother, partner, uncle, and cousin, was taken from us far too soon at the age of 32. He passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on the morning of January 27, 2025. The shock and sadness our family feels from this sudden loss is beyond measure.
Brady was born on January 15, 1993, in American Fork, Utah, to Travis John and Jennifer Brown. If you knew Brady, you loved him. He had a wit and charm that could light up a room, and he had a knack for pranks and playful teasing—especially when it came to his nieces and nephews, who absolutely adored their Uncle Brady.
In the past year, Brady found the love of his life, Becky McMaster Wadsworth, along with her four children. Though Brady wasn’t one to show his emotions easily, it was clear that he was head over heels for Becky, and he cherished her kids as his own. They brought so much joy into his life, and it’s comforting to know that he found such deep love and connection.
Brady lived simply—he never cared much for material things, he was not picky unless it came to the colors blue and gold which he adamantly hated. He was content with what he had, especially his dog Koal, who was his loyal companion. Brady loved the outdoors, especially golfing and fishing. Whether he was hitting the greens or teaching a beginner how to swing, he found joy in the simplicity of the moment.
Brady is survived by the love of his life, Becky McMaster Wadsworth, and her four children: Brighton, Afton, River, and Loch. He is also deeply missed by his parents, Travis and Jamie John, and Jennifer Brown; his siblings, Sawyer (Trevor) Atchison, Kenzee (Cody) Blakely, Rylee (Kelsey) John, Brittnee Parke, Tritnee (Jared) Payne; and his 11 nieces and nephews. He will also be remembered fondly by his grandparents, Brad and Carla John, Lori Turner, Jack and Cheryl Brown, and Shana Ross, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Brady was preceded in death by his sibling, Burley Parke, and his grandfather, Duff Turner.
He will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in all who knew and loved him.
Viewing in his honor will be held of Sunday, February 9, 2025 from 5:00-7:00 pm and a viewing followed by services on Monday, February 10, 2025 beginning at 11:00 am at Premier Funeral Services in Midvale.
