Brent Isaacson's Obituary
Brent Isaacson, age 63, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on January 7, 1961 to Burke and Sonja Isaacson in Brigham City, Utah.
As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Brent served a mission in Cleveland, Ohio. Where he fell in love with the people who reside there as well as a love for the Cleveland Indians Baseball Team and The Cleveland Browns Football Team.
Brent was a man of many passions, but none were as dear to him as his love for the great outdoors. Whether he was casting his line into a tranquil river, cheering on his favorite sports teams, tracking game and looking for sheds in the mountains, golfing in tournaments, or hard at work, he found solace and joy in nature's embrace.
Beyond his hobbies, Brent was known for his unwavering dedication to his family and his work ethic. After graduating from Weber State University, he accepted a job at Workers Comp Fund. Where he devoted his time for 36 years. He approached every task with determination and integrity, leaving an indelible mark on all those he encountered as a Senior Underwriter.
He will be remembered for his generous spirit with a willingness to help those in need. He had a gift for bringing people together and his presence lit up any room he entered.
Brent leaves behind his beloved and caring spouse Amy, his loving children; Shaylee (Cameron) Burch, Heather (Jordan) Haider, Michael Isaacson, and his adorable grandchildren Kaylee, Scarlet, Millie, Layla, and Callie. As well as his mother, Sonja, sister Suzette, many nieces and nephews, and host of cherished friends and family members. He will be deeply missed but his legacy of kindness, perseverance, and love will continue to inspire us all.
A celebration of Brent's life will be held on May 18 at 67 East 8000 South, Salt Lake City, Ut 84047. Viewing will be at 11:00 am and Service will be at 12:00 pm. All who knew him are welcome to attend and share their memories of a life well-lived.
Rest in peace, dear Brent. Your spirit will live on in the memories of those who loved you and the beauty of the natural world you cherished. You will be deeply missed, but your legacy will endure forever.
