Brian Sant's Obituary
Brian K. Sant 1956-2024, passed away peacefully Thursday February 1, 2024 at the age of 67. Brian was born October 8, 1956 to Keith and Kate Sant. Salt Lake City, Utah where Brian lived most of his life. Brian attended West High School, Salt Lake Community College (S.L.C.C.) earning a degree in diesel mechanics. Brian was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He met and married Jerilyn (Anderson) Sant in the Temple. They had a son, Stewart Alexander Sant. Brian joined the U.S. Marine Corps, where he earned a Degree in Electronical Engineering. Brian was awarded 3 Good Conduct metals, a Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, a National Defense Metal, Marksmanship Badges, 2 Expert Rifle, Distinguished Expert, along with many other ribbons, metals and bars. served 12 years ending his service ranked as a Gunnery Sergeant (E7). Following his time in the military, Brian enjoyed working as a Chemical Engineer for The Thatcher Company, retiring after 20+ years
Brian was preceded in death by (parents) Keith and Kate M. Sant, (1st wife) Jerilyn (Anderson) Sant Cross, Nicholas K. Sant (Nephew), and many other family and friends.
Brian was Survived by Stewart A. Sant (Son), Kevin L. Sant (Brother), Susan (John) Aneysworth (Sister), Stephanie (Sant) Butters-Stinson (Sister), Winona Hemingway-Sant (2nd/Ex-wife), Grandkids Daxton A. Sant, Easton Sant Jensen and many other family and friends.
The Funeral Services for Brian K. Sant will be Saturday, February 24, 2024 at the Redmond Ward 310 West 100 North Redmond, Utah 84652
The viewing Starts at 11:00 a.m.
Services will be at 12:00 p.m.
Graveside Services at 1:15p.m. at the Redmond Town Cemetery there will be a lunch at the ward after wards. Thank You
