Brittany Green's Obituary
Brittany Green, born August 30, 1998, passed away unexpectedly on December 25th 2022. Brittany is the daughter of Anthony L Green and Cynthia (Barney) Green.
Brittany was born and raised in SLC and lived with her mother, father and two sisters, Alexandra and Christine. Brittany's beautiful blue eyes would widen and shine so bright when she was happy, we called her "Bright Eyes". She was our angel girl and touched the lives of so many anywhere she went. She was a friend "magnet" and others were drawn to her, she never spent a recess at school without an entourage of friends. She brought out the best in others, true friendship, caring, kindness and love. She reminds us all to not take anything for granted, a smile, a touch, a hug or just simply listening and paying attention to what is around us. Without saying a single word she impacted and changed the lives of those who knew her and gave us the greatest gift of all.....the purest form of unconditional love.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother Susan E. (Asay) Barney, uncle Chris Barney and uncle Nick Green. She is survived by her father and mother Anthony Green and Cynthia (Barney) Green, her older sister Alexandra Green, and younger sister Christine Green, grandfather Elliot M Barney (wife Lorrie), her uncle Jon Barney (wife Jill and cousins Zach, Jack, Justin & wife Kayla and cousin DJ), grandparents Ray & Toni Whitney, uncle Colby (wife Becki and cousins Luke, William and Elsie, and uncle Michael Whitney.
In gratitude for care provided by Primary Children's Medical Center we ask that donations be made in remembrance of Brittany, or to the God Bell Foundation, Godbells.org to help share their special message of Love, Hope and Faith.
