Bruce Barton McFarland's Obituary
Bruce Barton McFarland quietly passed away on Saturday November 28,2020 in his home surrounded by family. Bruce was a dedicated member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Bruce was born to Agnes Kimball and Clarence McFarland on May 15, 1938 in Los Angeles California. He graduated from Grants Pass High School in 1956. After high school Bruce married Barbara Jean Green, together they had seven children.
In 1994 Bruce Married Connie Hancock Waters, Connie has three daughters.
Bruce was self-employed in the fast-food industry for many years, He was in sales and also drove trucks. Bruce loved to fish and enjoyed being outdoors, he enjoyed camping with his family.
Bruce could fill a room with his big belly laugh and had a wonderful sense of humor. Bruce and Connie were able to travel together, he loved the time they were able to spend in Germany.
Bruce was preceded in death by both his parents. He is survived by his wife Connie, his seven children Brenda Benoit (Brett), Bernice Tenort (Calvin), Bobbi Chambers (Keith), Bruce McFarland, Barton McFarland, Brooke Miller (Chris), Brent McFarland (Chrissy). Bruce is survived by 22 grandkids and 9 great grandkids. He is also survived by Connie’s extended family including the Rumsey’s, Scholdeis, the Mccutchen’s, Morgan’s and the Sorenson family.
Due to COVID -19 there will not be a memorial service.
