Bruce Gene Wanlass' Obituary
It is with a very heavy heart we announce the death of, Bruce Gene Wanlass he was born 04/25/1950 -and passed away 11/20/2025
He was born to Elmo J. And Doris Nellie Turner Wanlass. Bruce married the love of his life Brenda Bishop on 07/12/1974 Bruce was working at a young age to help his mom after his dad passed away. He was herding sheep at the age of13 he loved doing it. After he married Brenda she joined him. When they was sheep herding he found a baby deer and raised it as a pet. Then he came home and started driving a dump truck hauling top soil until he retired. Bruce was the type of person that just being around him you was smiling and laughing. He loved play with his nieces and nephews. He and his wife was very close to their nephew Devin he was a very special young man to them.
Bruce is preceeded in death by his father and mother 2 sisters Lisa (Bill) Beveridge, Shirley (Gene) Bloomfield. 4 brothers Larry (Lyn), Richard (Dick), Roy (Joan), Jay (Eloise), father and mother-in-law, Sister-in-law Shauna Stagg, Brother-in-law Billy (LuDean) Bishop. He is survived by his wife Brenda, 1 sister and 1 brother Johnny (Debbie), Tex (Lorraine) Chatwin, 1 brother -in-law Mike (Gladys) Bishop, Sister-in-law Ranae Bishop, and many many many neices and nephews
Bruce will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Fly high with the angels my love till we are together again !
