As one of Bryce’s Utah ham radio friends, I want his family and friends to know that we “Hams” are going to miss him very much. Bryce, known by his call sign K7UA within our community, was a “DXer”. DXing is a part of hamming that places emphasis on establishing radio contact with as many different countries of the world as possible, and K7UA was one of the best and near the top of the list in that regard. His call sign is readily recognized by hams in every part of the world, and will never be forgotten. He is author of a digital book called “The New DXer’s Handbook”, now in its 3rd edition, which he has always been willing to share as a free download. He has been a good friend to fellow hams and has always been willing to share his knowledge and experience to help others.
My heart goes out to Kathi and the extended family. I hope that each of you will find comfort during this difficult time. Bryce, rest in peace dear friend, and 73 de Don, N5LZ SK!
This is a great picture of Bryce, a perfect picture. I am really going to miss this guy, one of my very best friends. He was so happy when Kathi came into his life. We have memories to last a lifetime.

We are so thankful to have known Bryce. He had a contagious smile. His enthusiasm for learning - especially regarding technical topics and family history was inspiring to us. I remember his pretty backyard garden heaven he and Kathy created and cared for. Love and hugs from us to Kathy and family. - David and Annette Steed
