Bryce Eugene Loveless' Obituary
Bryce E. Loveless passed away peacefully in the morning hours on March 16, 2024 in Layton, Utah, surrounded by family who loved him dearly.
Bryce was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Eugene Loveless and Afton (Loveless) Kranendonk on October 10th, 1943. He was the oldest of five children. Bryce’s father died at an early age, and he was raised by William and Afton Kranendonk.
Bryce had been married to Carol Jean Hawthorne Loveless since 1985, which was the beginning of a beautiful 39-year marriage. Between the two of them they had five children, Phillip, Natalie, Michael, Chandra, and Gregory.
Bryce attended Weber State University in Ogden, Utah and West High School in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Bryce was a veteran of the United State Air Force, he later worked for Hill Air Force Base, as a Jet Airplane Mechanic, where he retired after many years. In his retirement, he became an antique furniture conservator and restorer which became one of his many passions.
Bryce enjoyed many hobbies, like fishing, camping, hiking, but his two favorites were book reading and gardening.
Bryce is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Loveless, William and Afton Kranendonk, and his brother, Scott Loveless.
Bryce is survived by his best friend and wife Carol Loveless, their five children Phillip Loveless, Natalie (Steve) Hands, Michael Loveless, Chandra McIntyre and Gregory (Nicole) Loveless. His two wonderful sisters Sharon (Paul) Bott and Carolyn (Roger) Applewhite, and his brother Lynn Kranendonk. 14 Grandchildren and Many Great Grandchildren.
The family benefited greatly from Bryce’s life and interaction; he will be truly missed by all.
