Carl Fredrickson Williamson Jr's Obituary
Carl Frederick Williamson Jr started this earthly journey on August 8th, 1966 and transitioned to his Heavenly home on Monday, November 11th, 2024 with his loving wife, son's and masonic brothers by his side.
Carl Jr. attended Vigor High School. Joined the US Army to protect this country, where he served during desert storm. After completing his military commitment, he worked with his father (Carl Sr.) as his right-hand man in their family concrete business. He moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in 2010 to further his education. He graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor's in Social Work. He started working for the veterans benefits administration as a fiduciary until his retirement.
Carl became a prince hall freemason in 1992. While stationed in Germany. He was a cherished member and established many friendships throughout his many years of service. He faithfully served on several masonic bodies. Most recently, as worshipful Master- High Marine Lodge #12, 1st Lieutenant Commander- Ben Lommond Consistory #94, Chief Rabban-Labbayk Temple #218, Secretary- Richard R Turner #6, Treasurer- OES Queen Esther Chapter #2, and District Deputy Director of District #4 Beehive Knights.
Carl F. Williamson Jr. is survived by his loving wife, Shamichael Rembert, of 16 years; two devoted sons, C'Marion Williamson and Kendrick Rembert; an older son, Carl Williamson III, of Mobile, Alabama; his parents, Carl Sr. and Anniebell Williamson, of Saraland, Alabama; two sisters, Elizabeth (Stephon) Wyatt of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, and Karisha (Joshua) Pruitt; two brothers, Jermain McMilliam and Demetrius Thomas, all of Mobile, Alabama. He is also survived by four special Masonic brothers: PGM Harry Lee, PM Dennis Davis, Fernando Murrain, and Valdez Darris; three devoted friends: Oscar Jarvis, Geut Guetson, and James Stowers; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and Mason brothers.
