Carol-Ann Carbone's Obituary
Carol-Ann Carbone, of Farmington, UT passed away unexpectedly on August 10, 2020
at 64 years old surrounded by her loving family. Carol was born in South Africa, married
her first husband Edgar, and raised 3 daughters. After 43 years in South Africa she
immigrated to the United States, where she met and married her current husband Mike.
Carol is survived by her husband, Michael Carbone (fur babies Jezebel and Rocky),
daughters, Carla (Jason), Michelle (Tom), and Shelley (Shaun), grandchildren, Riley
(Alissa), Skyler (Ashlie), Mason, Olivia, Emily, and Robert, siblings, Bryan (Diane),
Meryl and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father,
Ernest Fouche, mother, Sheila Fouche, brother Bernard Fouche, and son-in-law, Jason
Averett.
Carol had a passion for music and was happiest at musical events with her family,
especially her youngest daughter. She was never afraid to rock out and share that love
of music with her sweet grandchildren. Her love for her family was indescribable and
would give you the shirt off her back. She was constantly scanning QVC to ensure that
her kids had the newest and coolest gifts and tools. Carol had an infectious sense of
humor and quick to laugh. Her love for cooking was enjoyed by her family and friends
with many a favorite recipe shared over and over again.
Always adventurous, Carol loved to travel; she spent time in Brazil, Thailand, Australia,
South Africa and several states throughout the USA, although her favorite spot would
be in front of a casino listening to live music, or Sunday brunch with her family. Carol
was a princess in red lipstick, beautiful nails, and hair always done. She was a fighter.
The songs of pain and beauty in the world will fill many people with the incredible love
and concern she felt for everyone in her life. May we always remember to hold our
loved ones dear, and be generous like she was.
