Carol was 1 or 4 beautiful and talented daughters of my grandparents Jack and Bertha Fletcher. Her mother set a very high bar for those girls and Carol always proved herself as a very dedicated and hard working woman. We enjoyed many celebrations as an entire family for every Holiday you could think of. So many great memories and so much delicious food!! When it came to being able to run an entire restaurant, Carol was the unmatched!! She was known as one of the very best managers of Tony Roma’s restaurant. We were able to enjoy time with Carol and many amazing meals when she was the manager in St. George. I had so many people come up to me and tell me how much they loved her!! She ran a tight ship and those that were up to the task, were treated as if they were her own family. Carol and her sisters share a very special bond and have always stayed very close. Many fun girls trips together and lunch dates to stay in touch. Carol enjoyed a hamburger with her sisters the week before she passed away. This memory makes my sweet mom happy. Her sisters feel that she is at peace and know that their parents were so happy to see her when she returned home to them. We love you so very much Aunt Carol and we look forward to when we shall see you again.
