Carol Lynne Gallegos' Obituary
Carol Lynne Gallegos, 51, passed away peacefully in the arms of her best friend and husband, Kelly on April 29, 2020 after a valiant battle with cancer. She was born February 3, 1969 in Ogden, Utah to Sylvia Banz and Paul Covell.
Carol married the love of her life, Kelly Gallegos on August 6th, 1988. Together they raised their three beautiful daughters Brianna, Chelsey, and Mariah; and later adopted their son, Kaleb.
She held various jobs throughout her life, but the one she enjoyed the most was being a CNA doing home care.
Carol absolutely loved camping with family and being outdoors. She enjoyed crafting and making decorations for the holidays, especially her favorite, Halloween. Her Grandchildren, Kaleb, Jayden, Tristian, Kyler, Hazel, and Aurora were the light of her life. They brought so much joy to her heart and she loved spending time with them. She was amazingly kind and generous and was always willing to help her loved ones however she could.
She is survived by her husband Kelly, her children Brianna Covell (Eric), Chelsey (Lee) Bottila, Mariah Gallegos (Cody), and Kaleb Gallegos. And her five grandchildren, Jayden, Tristian, and Kyler Bottila, Hazel Gallegos, and Aurora Black.
Also surviving are her two sisters, Holly (George) Thomas and Stacy (Brian) Smith and her five brothers, Richard (Lorri) Covell, Tracy Covell, Michael (Michaela) Covell, Daren (Jackie) Covell, David (Cherie) Covell, and her father Paul (Rickie) Covell. Carol is preceded in death by her mother, Sylvia Banz Covell and her grandsons, Ryker and Bentley Bottila.
A special thank you to Andrea and Cheryl with CNS who weren't just our hospice team, but our friends. We are forever grateful for the care and comfort you gave our sweet angel.
