Carol Johnson Goldsberry's Obituary
Family and friends mourn the passing of Carol Johnson Goldsberry, age 84, of Taylorsville Utah on July 25, 2025. She was born August 16, 1940, at Lava Hot Springs, Idaho to David Elmer Johnson and Lucile Maughan Johnson. She graduated from Dugway High School and attended BYU. Her life passion was as a Life Coach. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints. She served in many callings including teacher, Single Adult representative, where she organized many temple trips, and as an organist in ward meetings and in the Salt Lake Temple. She also sang in a chapter of Sweet Adelines in Salt Lake. She married Ralph Harper and had one son, Thomas Andrew Harper. Later divorced. Married Vaughn S Goldsberry in the Salt Lake Temple. She is survived by siblings Lynn Johnson (Suzanne), Vola Shoemaker, Merline Bronson, Sharon Goulding, nieces, nephews, cousins and one uncle, Clyde Maughan who is 99 years old. Predeceased in death by her son Tom Harper, husband Vaughn Goldsberry, Sister Rebecca McAllister and parents. The funeral will be August 9, 2025, at 6364 South 3200 West, Taylorsville, Utah 84084. Viewing at 10:00, funeral at 11:00. She will be buried in Elysian Gardens at 1075 E. 4580 S Salt Lake City, UT 84117
