Carol Anne Winkler Knight passed away at her home the morning of Thursday January 29th. She was born December 28th 1937 to Richard Oscar Winkler and Cora May Sinclair Winkler. Carol was proceeded in death by her husband LaRell J Read Obituary
To Carol's sweet family, Thank you for a beautiful tribute to your mother in today's service. Very appropriate for her. She was a dear friend through the Bountiful 12th Ward, Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, and the Alzheimer Care Givers' Support Group. I will miss her. May God bless you during this difficult time and the coming weeks. Know she is happy and healthy and loving being with your father again. She will continue to guide and influence you from the other side.
I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your amazing mother. She was always so kind and thoughtful to everyone she came into contact with. She was quick to share her personal story of working with my great great grandmother so that I could get to know her and your mom in a whole new light. I always have, and will continue to have, a special place in my heart for her and your dad. I'm so sorry that I will be unable to attend the viewing and funeral services due to work, but know that I am there in spirit. Thanks, Mrs. Knight, for always being an example to me, and for all your kind thoughts and words through the years. I will miss having you down the road from me.

My thoughts and prayers are with you! Your mother is such wonderful person! She taught me so much when we served together in callings as well as when we were just sitting and visit at one of her grandchildren's birthdays! She was always looking for ways to serve as well as new ways to learn and grow! I will forever be grateful to her for example and dedication to all that she believed in!
