Chad Joseph Herrera, our loving father, uncle, brother passed away on June 23, 2023.
He was born on June 29,1971 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Son of Richard D. Herrera and Marlene Burns. He married Paula Sanchez in 1994. They became proud parents of two beautiful children.
He Worked at Lucky's, his hobbies include fishing, camping, spending time with his kids, going to the movies, hiking, watching his son play games.
He is survived by his two children Madisyn Elizabeth Herrera (daughter) Chad Joseph Herrera (bear) (son).
Deona (Scott) Herrera (sister), Sophia Herrera (sister), Katrina (Ray) Paddock (sister), Alicia (Tomas) Montanez (sister), Monica (Nick) Price (sister), Marlo (Rosita) (brother).
Preceded in death by Joe (Salley) Herrera (grand parents), Rose Sanchez (grandma), PaPo (grandpa), Victor (Cha-Cha) Price (parents), Edna Paula (mother), Paul Sanchez (brother), Victor Martinez (brother), Travis Martinez (cousin), Caleb Herrera (cousin).
The services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church located at 715 W 300 N Salt Lake City, Utah 84116 on Wednesday July 5, 2023.
Rosary will begin at 10:30 AM, Mass will follow, then the luncheon at the church.
